Nerds of a Feather sessions are impromptu ad-hoc sessions we hold over the lunch hour. We highly prefer you take a break and go eat with a peer, but if that's just not for you, come and spend time with other professionals who are working on the same challenges you are. These roundtables generally have moderators who are experts in the area, and your peers may have excellent solutions you may never have even considered.
